These terms apply when you use Phố Hội, both the game page and this website. By signing in and playing, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy policy.

The operator

Phố Hội is run by EvUp Teams, an individual. Contact: support@phohoi.app.

Closed alpha

  • Phố Hội is in a closed alpha, by invitation only.
  • The game is still being built: rules, prices, items and features may change, there may be bugs, and the game may pause for maintenance.
  • Phố Hội is free and always online: you need to sign in and have a connection.

Your account

  • An account is for one person. Keep the mailbox or the Google account you sign in with safe.
  • You are responsible for what happens on your account.

Age

People under 16 need the consent of a parent or guardian before playing.

Conduct

The people you meet in town are real. While playing you must not:

  • harass, threaten, insult or discriminate against others;
  • use character names, messages or wishes that are vulgar, hateful or unlawful;
  • spam, scam or pretend to be someone else;
  • use automated tools, tamper with the game, exploit bugs or attack the servers;
  • buy or sell accounts, in-game money or items.

Chat has an automatic filter. Breaking the rules can lead to a warning, a chat mute, or a block of the account or the network address, for a while or for good. You can report a player or a message right in the game.

Virtual money and items

  • Money, items, outfits, titles and everything else in the game are for use in Phố Hội only.
  • They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, cards or goods, and must not be bought, sold or traded outside the game.
  • There is currently no way to pay with real money or buy anything with real money in the game.
  • Balances and items change by the rules of the game, for example the in-game income tax.

Ownership

The game, its pictures, sounds and the Phố Hội brand belong to the operator. The map of the game is built from data © OpenStreetMap contributors, under the ODbL licence.

Ending

  • You can stop playing at any time.
  • We may suspend or block an account that breaks these terms.
  • We may end the alpha or stop the game.

Liability

During the alpha, Phố Hội is provided as it is. We try to keep the game stable and safe, but we do not promise that it always works or has no bugs. These terms do not limit your rights under the Law on Protection of Consumer Rights No. 19/2023/QH15.

Complaints

Send complaints or feedback to support@phohoi.app. Chat strike points can be appealed right in the game.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Vietnam.

Changes

When these terms change, we update this page and the date at its top.
